Product Description
The Tack Box takes every care to ensure the descriptions and specifications of the goods we offer throughout this website are correct. Colour representation is as accurate as possible however variations may occur.
All products have been included on this website on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available. Failure by a supplier to deliver according to the sample, description, or at all, may result in some lines being unavailable.
Actual product colours may vary from the colours shown. Some items, styles, colours & sizes may not be available at all stores but may be ordered in while stocks last.
Returns and Refunds
We stand by each and every product we well. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the product in its original condition and packaging, along with tags and receipt to our store within 14 days and we will gladly exchange the product, offer you an exchange, refund the method of payment or offer store credit. For any products that fail to perform outside these guidelines, please return to store for an assessment.
For returning goods by post, it is advisable to register your parcel as The Tack Box will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit. If you need to return goods that are the wrong size of colour, simply send the goods back to us with a copy of your invoice and returns form and we will happily exchange the goods. Exchange postage charges will apply. In order to effectively process your exchange, please attach a completed Returns Form.

Your privacy is important to us. We will always endeavor to provide you with the securest environment possible while browsing our website. We cannot however be held responsible for the actions of any third party that is not under the control of The Tack Box.

Whilst connected to the Internet you must always be vigilant when it comes to supplying people with your personal details. At The Tack Box we use encryption on our web servers when you transfer any details to us that might be sensitive. This means that if someone else was watching, the information as it is being sent, they cannot read it due to the encryption.

Any information you supply to us is considered private and is not at any time ever supplied in any form to other parties outside of our organisation.
