Termination
This agreement is effective from your first use of the Site until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by unsubscribing to all services provided by the Site and destroying all materials obtained from the Site, all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from The Tack Box, if in The Tack Box's sole discretion; you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from the Site and unsubscribe to all services provided by the Site.
The Tack Box Classifieds
At The Tack Box we offer a classifieds section for customers to place advertisements for goods they wish to sell. There is an upfront nominal fee, usually $10- per listing, dependant on image and detail, which is paid prior to the advertisement being listed on the site.
When your request is received a company representative will make contact to clarify any issues and arrange payment via credit card/EFTpos, cheque or cash. The add will remain on our site for a period of 90 days or until it is sold, whichever is the sooner.
Care should be taken when entering into arrangements with other parties. If there is a dispute between users of this Website you hereby release The Tack Box, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates or successors in right from all claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of any kind, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or the Website.
It is your responsibility and you agree to comply with all requirements, legal or other in relation to the use of The Tack Box Classifieds. In particular the following is prohibited: misleading, deceptive or fraudulent offers, infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights, obscene, threatening, indecent or defamatory material or material disclosing confidential or third party personal information.
You forward details of item/s under the pretence that you are, either implied or otherwise, the legal owner of said item/s. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicenseable right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights, in relation to the information submitted by you for the inclusion in a classified on the Website.
The Tack Box may monitor or review the Content of its Website and Facilities. The Tack Box reserves the right to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information and/or materials (in whole or in part) that in The Tack Box's sole discretion is in any way objectionable or in violation of any applicable law or the Terms of Use.
The Tack Box reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of anyone posting any materials which violate any applicable or relevant law.
The Tack Box makes no guarantees or representations regarding placement of your classified or the content of classifieds in the vicinity of your classified other than the subject categories in which classifieds are posted.

Loyalty Club
The terms and conditions govern the recording of purchases, and any offers associated with The Tack Box Loyalty Club.
· The Tack Box Loyalty Club is exclusive to The Tack Box Store.
· The Tack Box Loyalty Club is administered by The Tack Box who retains the sole responsibility for redemption of rewards arising from use of a Tack Box Loyalty Card.
· The scheme applies to qualifying purchases made within The Tack Box or through The Tack Box online store.
· The Tack Box Loyalty Club is for personal and individual shopping only. Wholesalers, Groups and Clubs are excluded.
· The Tack Box Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase in order for purchases to be credited to your Account.
· Your membership of The Tack Box Loyalty Club starts when your account is opened or when we determine the scheme is available to you or ends when either your account is closed or when we determine the scheme is no longer in operation.
· Purchases to your account will be awarded for every complete purchase you make using any payment method on all qualifying purchases.
· We reserve the right to remove product ranges/services available for inclusion using The Tack Box Loyalty Club at any time.
· We reserve the right to change or amend the Terms and Conditions of the scheme at any time. Any changes will be notified in store or advised in writing.
· Purchase values accumulating for the loyalty scheme cannot be transferred from one customer to another.
· If you lose or mislay your Loyalty Club Card you should contact us immediately for a replacement.
· You are responsible for notifying us if your details change. The Tack Box is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable mail.
· In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising, marketing or promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.
· The Tack Box may refuse to allow a Loyalty Club discount if it considers that Loyalty Card is being misused, or if you are in breach of any of the above terms.
Laybys
Placing goods on layby is a simple and effective way to purchase goods. This is a great alternative to using credit cards and for avoiding paying a large lump sum for goods, or if you do not qualify for the Certigy Easypay plan. When you buy goods on layby from The Tack Box, you are entering into an agreement to pay a deposit on the goods with the remainder of the amount to be paid by you in regular instalments. When the goods are paid for in full, your can either collect them or we will send them out to you including the postage. Our terms and conditions of this agreement are below. When you enter into a layby agreement with The Tack Box, you are bound by these terms and conditions.
Layby Terms and Conditions
· There are no credit charges that apply to laybys with The Tack Box.
· Goods will not be received until they are paid for in full.
· You are required to pay a deposit of 10% of the total price of the goods when entering into the layby agreement with The Tack Box. This payment can be made by cash, direct deposit or credit card. The deposit is payable at the commencement of your layby.
· Purchases under $100 are not eligible for layby.
· You are required to make regular payments, unless the goods are paid for upfront awaiting arrival from the Wholesaler. This only applies to Special Orders.
· If you cancel your layby, you forfeit your deposit of 10% of total invoice value. You must notify us in writing of your wish to cancel your layby. Failure of written notification will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid towards the layby.
· If you do not honour your layby agreement, The Tack Box reserves the right to terminate your layby agreement and you automatically forfeit your deposit. For example if you fail to finalise payment within the 6 week period.
· All goods remain the property of The Tack Box until they are paid for in full.
Consignment Saddles
At The Tack Box we can display your pre-loved saddle in our store as well as advertise on our Web Site, for a consignment fee of 15% of the sale price.
To ensure the best possible opportunity of selling your saddle, we recommend the saddle be cleaned, conditioned and oiled (if necessary). Our friendly staff can advise you on the best rejuvenation products and cleaning practices, to ensure your saddle is presented in top condition.
Your saddle will be displayed in store at an agreed price, factoring in commission, for a period of 3 months where the price may need to be reviewed.
Your saddle will remain in our store with the understanding that our store insurance will not cover its lose or damage, for piece of mind check with your house and contents insurance policy.
To improve the likelihood of a successful sale, prospective purchasers are permitted to trial your saddle over a 3 day period after he/she has presented a valid credit/EFTpos or AMEX card, business cheque or cash, covering the purchase cost of the saddle.
Staff at The Tack Box will not negotiate price with a haggling customer, but will liaise with you on your business hours contactable phone number.
Your saddle will only be placed onto a six week layby upon your approval.
Once the full amount for the saddle has been tendered, you will be contacted to collect your payment, less commission.
If we are unable to sell your saddle within 6 months, we ask that you collect it from our store. This does not exclude you from attempting to sell your saddle in our store at a later, possibly better time.
Not all saddles are accepted at The Tack Box. There is only limited space, and we do like to offer a variety of brands, styles and disciplines to our customers.
