Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all online and phone orders if received by mid-day the same day or next business day. If an item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will call you to discuss delivery timeframes or maybe an alternative product. After in stock order has been received, it is weighed and postage calculated. We will phone, text or email you to confirm the cost of the goods including postage.
Delivery and Dispatch
The Tack Box Saddleworld offers delivery Australia wide by Registered Post. Delivery costs are specific to individual products and individual locations so are calculated after your order is submitted. A minimum charge of $10 per order is applied. Where the charge will be higher than this, a representative from our store will contact you before processing the order.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Money Order is accepted.
Undelivered Goods
If you have placed an order and have not received delivery within 5 business days, please phone The Tack Box Saddleworld on (03) 5977 3522. Please have your order confirmation email on hand (you will receive this after you place your order).
Refunds and Returns
All goods, except Consignment Saddles, are covered by 100% Money Back Guarantee (excluding postage and handling charges). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it via registered post (as The Tack Box Saddleworld will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit) to us in its original condition and packaging, along with all tags and a copy of the invoice docket within 14 days of receipt. Exchange postage charges will apply. Acceptance of non stock items will incur a re-stocking fee. We will then replace the goods for you or refund your purchase price using the method in which you originally paid (excluding postage and handling charges). In order to process your return or exchange of goods, please include a completed Returns Form.
