What better way to say thankyou than to offer a Loyalty Club that gives you savings when you shop.  The Tack Box Loyalty Club is a discount based scheme which extends to the majority of our store products.  Our Loyalty Club is ongoing, your discount level is calculated from sales over the previous 12months.  After you have reached each level, your discount will update with your next purchase as follows:-

$500              –          $1,999.............. 2%
$2000             –          $4,999............. 4%
$5,000            –          $9,999............. 6%
$10,000          –          $14,999........... 8%
Over $15,000 .................................... 10%
 

 
What is included in The Tack Box Loyalty Club?
All personally purchased products are accredited to your Loyalty Club total, providing you present your Loyalty Club Card at the time of purchase.
 
How do I join The Tack Box Loyalty Club?
Joining the Tack Box Loyalty Club is completely free. All customers within our database are eligible. If you haven’t received a Tack Box Loyalty Club card in the Christmas 2007 Mailout, simply ask one of our friendly staff for a Loyalty Club Card next time you’re in our store. If you didn’t receive a card, nor are you listed upon our database, ask a staff member who will enter or clarify your details upon our database and then activate your Loyalty Club Card. Then, simply present your card every time you shop in store.
 

Are there any items that my Customer Loyalty Club discount does not apply to?
Yes, goods on sale, secondhand consignment goods, magazines, repairs, postage, gift vouchers, cleaning and some items with minimal margin.
 
When will my Tack Box Loyalty Club expire?
It doesn’t, however terms and conditions apply.
 
How can I check my Loyalty Club discount level?
The card holder is only to ask when presenting their card.
 
Are there any other benefits from being a member?
With every quarterly sale brochure, there is a Customer Loyalty Club Special. Apart from the low sale price, your Loyalty discount level applies to these products. Also, only activated members who make a purchase during the specified sale period are eligible for entry in the prize draw.
