At The Tack Box we offer a classifieds section for customers to place advertisements for goods they wish to sell. This service is provided free if you are able to upload the information. If you require assistance there is a nominal fee per listing, which is paid prior to the advertisement being listed on the site.
When an assisted request is received a company representative will make contact to clarify any issues and arrange payment via credit card/EFTpos, cheque or cash. The add will remain on our site for a period of 90 days or until it is sold, whichever is the sooner.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicenseable right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights, in relation to the information submitted by you for the inclusion in a classified on the Website.
The Tack Box may monitor or review the Content of its Website and Facilities. The Tack Box reserves the right to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information and/or materials (in whole or in part) that in The Tack Box's sole discretion is in any way objectionable or in violation of any applicable law or the Terms of Use.
The Tack Box reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of anyone posting any materials which violate any applicable or relevant law.
The Tack Box makes no guarantees or representations regarding placement of your classified or the content of classifieds in the vicinity of your classified other than the subject categories in which classifieds are posted.
